What Is It?
It’s a skills-based athlete growth program designed to bring more opportunities for whom takes part in.
It’s a mission-driven initiative that learns from the riders themselves — aiming to support better training, smarter progression, and lower injury risks along the way.
Why This Program Exists?
Rooted in our Mission, Vision, Values, and Purpose, the ALAUDARK Athlete Program is more than just sponsorship — it’s our commitment to building a future where every young rider has the chance to be seen, supported, and empowered.
To turn that vision into reality, we reinvest 5%~10% of our total sales back into the freestyle MTB community through gear support, local events, athlete programs, and more. Every penny spent with ALAUDARK directly helps fuel the growth of the next generation of riders — because we believe the sport thrives when more people get the opportunity to ride, rise and recognize.

The Path Starts With You:
This message comes from one of our sponsored athletes. We’d like to share it with everyone:
“In this sport, you can encounter many difficulties. At the beginning of your journey, overcoming the fear of new tricks can be quite challenging. However, as your skills improve over time, you get used to the level of risk that comes with this sport. Injuries also happen—last year, I suffered an injury myself when I failed to complete a backflip and fractured my skull. However, you can't give up. This sport requires patience because not every trick can be learned instantly. Despite these challenges, I fell in love with dirt jumping because it provides an incredible feeling—especially when you keep trying a trick that doesn't work out, and then suddenly, you land it successfully. That moment brings an immense sense of satisfaction. This sport also allows you to build your own brand within the biking community and become more recognized. However, the people in this community play the most important role by constantly supporting and motivating each other, which makes riding even more enjoyable.—— Jan Nowicki“
